Hello,

My Freebox has been stuck on step 6 for the past 1.5 hours. I contacted Free from my mobile, and they opened an incident ticket for me. What should I do????

    the ticket is unnecessary in your case, it’s a network failure affecting your distributor or DSLAM and there's nothing you can do
    if you tell me which distributor you depend on, I will let you know if there is a failure, I don’t need your address, just tell me at least the region and if possible your city
