    Hello Dom,

One of Thunderbird's files is corrupted.

For safety, make a backup of the entire Profiles folder of Thunderbird by copying it elsewhere.
    It is located at
    "C:\users\your username\Appdata\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles"

Reinstall Thunderbird over your current version without uninstalling anything beforehand, by downloading it from this site:
    https://www.thunderbird.net/fr/

You should find all your existing emails and contacts when you restart Thunderbird.

      Hi

I did the manipulation, it works perfectly but the issue comes back 2 days later

What should I do? Wait for a Thunderbird update?

    Hello rafale5,

If a file is corrupted, it’s not Thunderbird’s fault; otherwise, it would be well known and millions of users would be affected. No update will change anything because the cause lies elsewhere. Hardware issue or corruption by another software.

Yesterday you said to reinstall and others have the same problem.
