Unable to open a saved email

Hello,

I have been using Thunderbird 2.0.0.23 for years.

Sometimes I save emails that I receive on my hard drive.

Lately, for a few days now, I can no longer open the emails that I saved on my hard drive. When I click on them, they are empty. I can only open them if I click on them (they're empty) and I have to click on 'File', 'Open Message File'.

Any idea? Thanks

Configuration: Windows 8 / Firefox 55.0

try a right click on the email -> properties -> repair the folder

I right-clicked, clicked on properties, but there is no 'repair folder' option in a .eml file.

How do you open the file? From Thunderbird or by double-clicking the icon in Windows?

By clicking from the window folder, in my documents.

Does Thunderbird start?
Check that Thunderbird is set as the default email client.

I only have the talkback module, which is not activated.
