Hello, I would like to know if anyone is a customer of my friend from the North, because for two weeks the site has been under maintenance, so it’s no longer possible to check on the status of my order. Additionally, they are no longer responding to emails, so I’m worried about not receiving my order of 214 euros. However, I have been a customer with them for 3 years and have never had any issues; they always responded to emails, except that the delivery time was longer. So please give me your thoughts, thank you.

Hello everyone, my friend from the north has been having issues for a few months now; they were struggling to fulfill certain orders. As for me, I stopped ordering, and then I went through a private individual, but this person got caught because they were pushing it too far—I didn't know. They were apprehended by customs and sent me their fine as proof of their good faith. I lost my money. It's a risk to order online. For me, any site will have problems sooner or later, and since selling tobacco online is illegal, no one will be able to do anything.

Hello, I sent them a message on WhatsApp and they replied that they were in mourning... Since when does a company close for a bereavement??? They've been having delivery issues for a few months now, either it's out of stock or it's by paid order. I had to wait for 1.5 months, I didn't stop sending emails and they replied that they only read their emails every 15 days. And then there was something that shocked me; for tobacco elixir, for example, I received 7 small boxes because they ran out of buckets. I found that the tobacco was not the same the following month when I reordered the elixir, I received 4 buckets and then the tobacco was like before. It raises questions about what we're smoking, after all. I stopped ordering from their site. But well, I went through a private individual without knowing the person; I paid via PayPal until the third time when the person was arrested by customs. He sent me the customs paper via Messenger, so if I had known that this person was heavily trafficking, it would have saved me from losing 195 euros!!

You buy illegally or on the black market and you "discover" that there's trafficking? If that's not bad faith, I don't know what you call it.
You clearly didn't bother reading what you didn't like, namely that buying through this site is ILLEGAL, even if it's from a private individual, and you still went ahead with it. This is therefore a deliberate act.
It's your choice, of course, but at least own up to it.
But don't come posting here pretending/accusing others of "trafficking", in the eyes of the law you are also guilty of an offense and crying over a loss of 195€ while you're trafficking is part of the risk. -
