Hello,
yes I placed an order and then they canceled my order without reason and confirmed by email that the refund was made. A month has passed and I still have no news, so this site is 100% a scam.
See the reviews from users who had the same problem, beware of this site of thieves.
P.S.: I have the proof of the emails from the hookah tobacco.

I didn't order from there because the site claims to be in Belgium (One can doubt since there is no verifiable identification..). However, sending tobacco by mail or by 'carrier' is strictly prohibited in France and subject to heavy fines.

That being said, even in Belgium, tobacco by mail... it costs. Excise duties are due and must be paid...

And even better, the sale of tobacco online is prohibited, because there is no easy and lawful way to verify the age of the person ordering, and since the product is sold under restriction, it cannot be sold online... :o)

I ordered from tabac-narguile.eu. The order didn't seem to go through, so I tried a second time. It wasn't accepted either, so I gave up.
But two days later, I was in for a nasty surprise: I realized I had been charged twice! I contacted the site, but got no response from them. The site is in Malaysia and the payment is made in Taiwan. In total, I've lost €250.
Needless to say, I strongly advise against this site.

Same, I should have read your testimonials before... sniff!!

ARNAQUE le site a l'air correct mais ne vous fiez pas aux apparences. Surtout, n'achetez pas chez eux, vous ne reverrez pas votre argent ni votre commande. Je les ai signalés au service fraude de ma banque qui les signaleront à la cyber gendarmerie. À éviter absolument tous ces genres de sites.

You are asking for trouble. Reporting it is not necessarily a good idea.
If customs trace it back to you, you will face a fine based on the quantity ordered. If you refuse to pay, the matter will be referred to the courts, which will decide on the penalty based on the scale of the trafficking. The law provides for a fine of €15 to €750, in addition to a penalty of one to five times the amount of the duties and taxes evaded and the confiscation of the merchandise (art. 1791 ter of the General Tax Code). As a reminder, duties and taxes represent 80% of the price of cigarettes!

I just bought from tabac à narguilé.eu, it's a Belgian tobacco I believe. It's a scam; they charged me and then said that the payment was declined.

For me, the best way to see your order seized and destroyed by customs, in the best-case scenario... The risk of hefty fines is not excluded.

Ordered 3 weeks ago. They tell you they are preparing the order, then you receive an email saying that the stock is out and you will receive a refund. But nothing at all, they are not refunding and are ghosting you. Report this situation in bulk.

Given the increase in tobacco prices, I thought to myself, why not switch to rolling cigarettes, and since it's 2019, I also thought why not order a pack of tobacco online...

(like an idiot, I didn't take the time to research it more and I was unaware that online tobacco sales are prohibited in France) ...

Anyway, I chose this site that seemed good (fortunately, I only wanted one jar of blonde tobacco) and just like Roraima76, the first payment was rejected, I tried again a second time and then gave up....

As a result, I was charged 2x56€, I sent a message with no response from them, I'm not expecting any illusions...

Conclusion: if I had been less foolish, I would have taken the time to research better; in 17 years of online shopping, this is the first time I've been conned (proving that there's a first time for everything). This serves as a reminder to always be vigilant... my 112€ is not lost on everyone; at least I made a donation to a Malaysian... lol, I'll get over it!

One piece of advice, don't go there.

I placed an order on August 7th, and I still haven't received it!! They sent me an email saying that due to issues with their supplier, they would process the refund for my order in 2 to 3 weeks. It's been 5 weeks now and still no refund!! And since August 29th, they haven't been responding to my messages.
