Hello,
I would like to completely erase files from my Recycle Bin in Windows 10, but I'm having trouble. When I click on a file and then on Eraser, I click on erase in the window that opens, and then I get a prompt asking to allow this app on my PC. When I say yes, nothing happens.
I have Eraser on my PC that works very well, but on the laptop running Windows 10, nothing is working.
When I open my Recycle Bin, if I right-click on one of the deleted folders, Eraser does not appear in the folder.
Can someone help me?
Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 77.0.3865.90

    Hello.

Apparently it is compatible with Windows 10.

But it seems to me that you need to delete the file directly in documents or pictures or elsewhere using the software with a right click. The software no longer has that power from the recycle bin.

Add = Personally Blank And Secure version 3;67 (portable .exe folder) I use it very rarely but when needed, I drag my document (invoice for example) onto the shortcut icon on the desktop. In the Blank And Secure window, set the number of passes, the time, and the French language.

I tried Blank And Secure and it works. Everything is deleted. Thanks again.
