Hello and thank you.

I have a Yahoo mailbox. I have its name/identifier. But I no longer have my password. And that's where it gets tricky: the mobile phone number I had provided is no longer valid (I had changed my subscription in the meantime without keeping the same number). So what should I do? Can't we call any Yahoo help centers in France? or another method?

      yes; the dedicated help page has been consulted... often a phone number is listed there but it is not active! (0800.....)
