Startup issue with ACER ASPIRE

Hello everyone.
Yesterday my ACER laptop performed updates and since then I can't restart it. The screen lights up with the message: restarting, it loops, shuts down and starts over. I pressed F8 at startup to perform a system restore but nothing happens. I pressed F2 and everything is in English. Can someone help me? I work with my laptop and it's more than urgent. Thank you.

You must first select "load set up default" and then exit the BIOS by confirming (exit and save change), often with F10 and Yes...

After the manipulation, I automatically returned to the previous options. What I don't understand is why the F8 key doesn't work during startup. It would be simpler to be able to perform a restore.

This doesn't work for me at all and I'm trying to access the brios on a Polaroid Pro Series 14, thank you if there are any more tips.
