Hello, I installed a new wired mouse, and my numeric keypad no longer works! I pressed the Num Lock key, but it still doesn't work! Could you help me, please? Thank you very much.

    Good evening,

    To unlock the numeric keypad, check if the Num Lock key is activated (LED on) or use the key combination Fn + Num Lock (or Shift + Num Lock depending on the keyboard).
