Crash, black screen, then bug at 26% during Windows 10 reset

Hello,

During a photo transfer from my camera to an external hard drive via my Toshiba Satellite S50B15F laptop (Windows 10), my computer crashed for an unknown reason.

Then upon startup, after the Toshiba logo, the screen remains black even though the computer is on (keyboard backlight, fan, etc. are running).

I managed to back up my files to my external hard drive by entering safe mode, but Windows cannot find a backup (I'm not sure if I ever made one, but I thought there were automatic backups). I therefore have to choose the "Reset my PC" option, my last chance. The reinstallation of Windows 10 starts, but crashes at 26% (the little spinning circle gets stuck and the percentage doesn't progress anymore).

I don't know what else to try, any ideas?

    I want to clarify that I have already tried tips like removing the battery, connecting to the mains, and pressing the power button while pressing various keys like Delete or Erase.
