Hello, my father installed Windows 10 nearly a month ago, but since yesterday he has a problem that started after my mother went on Le Bon Coin.
My father's computer now says "resetting this PC 1%" and it has been stuck like this since last night.
We can't do anything, everything is frozen; if anyone has a similar problem or has a solution, please let me know.
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 40.0

Hello,
This is a PC reset (basically, you must have asked it to delete everything and reinstall Windows). After that, there are different options (keep files/delete everything/factory reset).
Since we cannot turn it off, I advise you to wait for the end of the reset of the computer.
The reset takes a long time on the first percentage (1% usually takes about ten minutes), and at the end, you will find your PC as it was when you first started it with Windows 10.
The "order" to reset the machine must be given by a person, and not by the computer itself.
I hope you didn't have too many files if the person selected the last two options.
