The fans in my PC case are no longer spinning.

Hello everyone!
I just bought a new PC that I assembled myself without too many issues.
Everything powers on nicely at startup, I install Windows 10, do all the updates, install the drivers, and everything. I tested a few games and everything is perfect.
My problem is that this morning when starting my PC, I noticed that the case fans do not start at boot, but the LEDs are on.
When I press the power button on the PC (to turn it on or force it to shut down), I see that the fans try to start for half a second but then stop immediately.
I am sure my issue is not related to my connections because the first few days my fans were working perfectly, but these fans are connected to a box that controls the RGB with a remote.
This box is itself connected to the power supply and to my motherboard on the JRAIMBOW header (a 3-pin connector on the bottom right).
I have no idea what to do or where it might be coming from; I didn’t install anything yesterday..
For your information, here’s my setup:
Power Supply: Aerocool Lux RGB M 750W - Modular RGB Power Supply, 80Plus Bronze 230V
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 2 To SATA 6Gb/s 64 Mo
SSD: Western Digital WD Blue 3D NAND SSD, 250 Go, SATA III
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X (3.6 GHz)
Motherboard: MSI X570-A PRO
Graphics Card: ASUS Radeon RX VEGA56 AREZ Strix OC - 8 Go

Good evening, I finally found the solution to my problem thanks to this image: https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/552672233697574922/620676020030406676/unknown.png
Actually, I just had to connect the reset switch from the PC case to a socket on the RGB controller of the fans.
So now, the reset button on my case no longer restarts the computer but is used to adjust the fan intensity... Perfect.
PS: I still don't understand why the fans were running in the first few days, but oh well...
