graphics card fan not spinning

Question

Hello,

I have a GTX1050 with two fans that I bought today. When I turn on the PC, both fans on the graphics card spin normally, but once I'm on the Windows desktop, the fans stop, and right now, they aren't spinning...

Is this normal? I thought they would run non-stop???

Hello  If your GPU is not or barely utilized, it’s normal that your graphics card fans don’t spin. Do the fans spin when you’re playing or when the GPU is under load?

^^ If you're worried that they won't run, I'll give you my card; it runs like crap ^^

Personally, I play full low games and the fan is around 35 to 45% on some games, which means it consumes 2 to 3 times more energy than it should for the heat. I'm fine with it running like a beast on full high or extreme quality at 45 to 50%, but still ^^

I always have problems with these stupid factory settings and other things.
