HDMI switch issue

Hello,

I recently bought a Samsung 4K TV. I have a small HDMI switch box that allows me to connect 3 devices through a single HDMI port on the television. It worked perfectly with my old LG Full HD TV, but on my new screen, the box's light blinks, the image on the screen flickers (my TV displays a loading message), and after about 30 seconds, it shows no signal. Can you help me, please?

Hello,
try adjusting the settings on the screen to set it to 1080p. The Switch supports 4K, the conversion is supposed to happen automatically, but it might not be doing it.

I had the same problem with my Switch (non-OLED version) and my LG65C8 TV where the Switch's image wouldn't display (the HDMI input detected a device but the screen remained black with a message saying "no signal").

After unsuccessfully testing 3 different Switch/HDMI conversion boxes, I managed to fix the problem simply by disabling the "Image->Additional Settings->HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Colour" option on the HDMI input my Switch is connected to.

I hope this will be useful to others!
