ICloud issue

Hello, I broke my phone, and while buying another one, I changed my number. However, since then I can't log in to iCloud because I can't change my number in the iCloud settings since I can't connect to it anymore. What should I do?

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 12.1.1

    I don't know if it's possible because I have the password but I cannot access my iCloud account with the verification code since the code is sent to my old number. I don't know what to do anymore.
