Issue creating an iCloud account on iPhone 4

Question

Hello, good evening
Not long ago, I got my sister's iPhone 4; she gave it to me reset.
After putting my SIM card in it, I set it up (language, etc.), and the moment comes when the iPhone asks me to either set it up as a new iPhone or restore it. I choose to set it up as new, then I have the option to sign in with my Apple ID or create a new free ID. Having already created an Apple ID on my computer, I sign in, and the iPhone displays "Sign-in failed: The maximum number of free accounts that can be activated on this iPhone has been reached."
Here’s my problem; I hope someone has a solution, thanks in advance.

Good evening everyone, if the problem still persists, create a new Apple ID, then lend an iPhone, iPad, or iPod for the purpose. It’s an Apple product, then enter the Apple account you created on the borrowed device. Once you have activated this new ID on the borrowed device, connect it to your product and you will see it works.

Tell your sister to reset her account because several Apple accounts (3) have been used on this iPhone. You can also contact Apple at 0805 540 003.

I recommend calling 0805 540 003 and telling them that 3 different accounts have been used to unlock it; it's easier that way.

But you told me to tell her to reset it from her account? To delete her iCloud account from her account on my iPhone? I can do that, but will it also delete hers on her iPhone?

First, try this: she opens iTunes, then clicks on the Store, then on Sign In. Next, she enters her ID and her normal password, then clicks on Store again and then on View Account... She re-enters her password, and there under Authorized Computers, check if it shows 5. If so, revoke the authorizations.

You simply need to activate this account on another one of your Apple devices. Connecting it to that other device will activate your account, then reconnect it to your iPhone; it's as simple as that. Opening an account and activating an account are two different things. It's at the activation stage that you are assigned an iCloud.com domain. Ask a friend to activate your account; once it's activated, you can connect it to any of your Apple devices. It's something very simple.
