ICloud plan issue

Hello,

I previously purchased a subscription for the 50GB iCloud plan. However, this subscription is no longer very useful to me now since I only use 4GB. Since the 5GB plan is free, I wanted to switch from a 50GB plan to a 5GB one. The problem is that when I go to "Settings > [My Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage," the page shows 50GB, but when I click on "Change Plan," it says that I have 5GB.

If you could help me resolve this issue, it would be a great service because my payment method on my iPhone is through my carrier, and since I no longer have a plan, it is blocking me from downloading apps or anything else because I can’t remove the payment method due to this subscription.

Hello, is the checkmark on the "change plan" page in front of the 5GB? Despite that, does Apple continue to charge you for the 50GB iCloud plan?
