Hello,
So I've changed my operator, iPhone, and phone number at the same time!
I retrieved my backups from my old iPhone and I might have made a wrong manipulation because when I want to activate the iCloud Keychain, Apple sends me a code but to my old number which is not yet deactivated. I've looked everywhere and I can't find how to deactivate my old number...

Then you must enter the phone number you no longer have access to, and you will be asked to confirm your identity by providing the last 4 digits of your credit card, after which you can provide your new phone number.
You will receive a message indicating that you will hear back within 24 hours. By reconnecting to iforgot.Apple.com, you can track the status of your request. A delay of 20 days is expected before a code is sent to your new number.
I can't log into my old Apple account and I haven't added a credit card to it, what should I do?
