Hello,

I have an iPad Air 4th generation

I would like to know the battery status of my iPad Air 4th generation, but in Privacy, Security, Analytics, Improvements, there is no longer the Analytics folder where you could find cycleCount and maximum capacity battery

how can I do otherwise?

I don’t have a Mac to use CoconutBattery

and other small apps don’t provide correct information

Can someone help me?

    Hello,

    The most reliable one that I use is the hardware test in the Apple Store; it’s the most complete.

    Since Safari, Apple offers an official diagnostic test by going to:

    support.apple.com/iphone/repair/diagnostics and it works well for iPads too.

    It launches a remote diagnostic and you get a report marked: battery OK / degraded / to be replaced if that becomes your case.

    Without a Mac PC, it is the only official way to obtain a reliable measurement.

    If it does not provide correct data, that’s normal because iPadOS 17/18 blocks access to the internal battery data.

    Apple is the one that removed direct access to Analytics files on these iPadOS 17 to avoid exploitation of sensitive system data.

    And to prevent apps from reading internal information not intended for us users, which is why cyclecount and maximumCapacity are no longer accessible via Settings.

    There is also battery wear that eventually ends it.
