Account and Gmail: white screen on computer

Hello,

When I open Firefox, I have a shortcut (on my bookmarks bar) to directly access my Gmail inbox. But since yesterday, I can't access it or even my Gmail account: I get a blank screen with the bookmarks bar still showing. Fortunately, I can still check my emails using Internet Explorer, but from experience, I don’t want to use IE anymore
What's strange is that on the same computer, if I log into another Gmail account (via Firefox), it works without any problem.
I’m not really tech-savvy, but if you have a solution for me, I would really appreciate it.

      Yes, I had already tried, and indeed I can access my Gmail account via Firefox but not my messaging.

      In fact, I can go to my Google account (the link you provided, I was able to access it before and can still access it) and I can manage this account, but to access my email, I only get a blank screen?
      I tried with another account I have with Gmail and I can access the inboxes of those other accounts without any problem.
      By redoing the process to select an account, I noticed that all Gmail accounts are marked "disconnected" but not mine????
      I don't know if I'm being clear, but I still rely on your help.
