I forgot to mention: on Word 2016. -
Hello,
You click on the display options button on the ribbon located at the top right. This way you can choose "Show tabs and commands" (which is usually the default option).

It's a detail, but I want to understand. I want to rename a folder, I close everything that might be open except for the file explorer that opens automatically when I select the folder in question.
But when I type the new name, a window informs me that the operation cannot be completed because another file or folder is open.
Where could this folder or file be hiding when the taskbar icons show nothing?
