Hello,

Following a PC issue (NTLDR missing) that I miraculously resolved by reinstalling Windows, I am currently looking for a Word file that will allow me to print the ribbons for my funeral services. (I am a florist :D)

If anyone can help me... because I really need it and relatively quickly!

Have a good day ;)

    Good evening,

Personally, I didn’t understand what you want, and I don't really see the connection between a Word file and your ribbons??
Moreover, the maximum paper length is 55 cm, which doesn’t seem very large for a ribbon...

Have you thought about reinstalling the plugin and the drivers?

Without the original CD, the site says that it is not possible to reinstall.

Yes, the drivers have been reinstalled; I just need the file for the design.

It's certain that if you don't have Word... or another software like Corel Draw... I don't see how you'll manage..

    Both are paid software...

Try using Open-Office.. it's similar to Word.. it should work... http://www.openoffice.org/fr/

If you had Word pre-installed on your computer before reinstalling Windows, there's a good chance you've lost it if you completely formatted your computer... You should have done a restore, not a formatting...

Bee... it needs to be recreated!!

You must be well aware of your printer's specifications and create your Word file accordingly...

I assume you always open the same file to modify it...

If it seems complicated, ask the supplier to make you a test file in Word and use it for your new prints.
