Hello,
As mentioned, my BlackBerry phone doesn't ring when a call comes in. I've tried changing the Zelda ringtones and doing many things but nothing worked. I also reinstalled the mode for the device but still nothing, I don't know why. Can someone guide me on how to fix this? Thank you!

Could you provide more details about your smartphone (model)? Also, regarding the issue you’re experiencing, is there sound when you receive a text message or just when you listen to music on your smartphone? -
