Unable to use HP DeskJet 4100 correctly

Hello,

I have an HP 4100 installed for two years via Wi-Fi.

For some time, the printer’s scanner was slow.

Since yesterday, it no longer works when using the suite.

I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it wired, and, if the hardware is detected, the software doesn’t finish and can’t find the suite of software.

Additionally, printing only works over Wi-Fi...

Right now I have no scan and I don’t know what to do.

    Hello.

    Fully uninstall the printer software (preferably with Revo Uninstaller). Re-download the drivers and apps for this printer and reinstall what you need.

    I did that, but it doesn’t work...

    plus, impossible to find the right sequence to scan!
