Instagram bug "Story in progress"

Hello, here’s my issue: an Instagram story has been in the process of publishing for an hour! That's not the problem, the thing is I can't switch accounts! I keep getting a message like "please wait for loading"! I've tried everything, restarted my phone, fiddled with all the settings but nothing works! And I can't log out of the account or cancel the story that's currently being published! If anyone has a solution, thank you very much!
