"print" command that confuses with "save document"

Window 11 and EPSON ET-2876 printer

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with this printer,

it's the "default" printer

it prints a test page without any issue

but

if I ask it to print a document displayed on my screen, it understands that I want to save it and opens "My Documents".

I've already tried removing it and reinstalling it.

Would anyone have a good idea?

    Sorry to those who read my question,
    I kept tinkering after I posted my question,

    and now, without being able to explain why or how, it works.

    So, we can say that it’s resolved.

    ............ and there’s no way to find where to click to mark it as "resolved," I’m really not good at this..........

      Hello,

      The "resolved" status is under the initial question

      I performed the "resolved" update... which turned the checkmark and the word "resolved" blue

      otherwise previously it was black as shown here
