Black screen on desktop PC

Hello, I've been having a problem with my desktop computer for a few days.
I have an ASRock motherboard, and as soon as I boot my PC, only the 'ASRock' logo appears along with commands to access the UEFI. Then, a minute later, an automatic repair screen shows up, still with the ASRock logo, before leading to a black screen where I can't do anything.
Does anyone have any ideas? I've tried rebooting the UEFI and cleaning some components, but nothing changes, and I have no idea where it's coming from. I don't see any Windows icon, so I'm wondering if the problem is related to that :/
Thanks in advance!
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 65.0.3325.181

To start in Safe Mode if you are using Windows 10:
Restart your PC. When you reach the login screen, hold down the Shift key while selecting Power icon > Restart.
After your computer restarts, on the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
After your computer restarts, several options will appear. Select the 4 key or F4 to start your computer in Safe Mode. If you want to use the Internet, select the 5 key or F5 to access Safe Mode with Networking.
If the motherboard is new, it could be the issue because unfortunately, a manufacturing defect can occur at the time of installation :/

However, I don't even have access to the login screen (automatic repair at startup then black screen, nothing is displayed) so I cannot attempt your manipulation; I tried anyway on the black screen but nothing is moving.
Do you think the problem is therefore related to the motherboard?
-At the end of the BIOS loading, start tapping the F8 key on your keyboard (or F5 if F8 doesn't work). ...
-Using the arrow keys on your keyboard, select "Safe Mode" from the menu and then press Enter.
If it still doesn't work, take it to a technician; they will surely find the cause.
