PC that freezes all the time

Hello
It started in December, suddenly it’s no longer possible to click on links, everything freezes, we can only move the mouse. Forced to shut down the PC.
It had calmed down a bit and then it came back in force two weeks ago, and now I have this permanently. Every day I have this about 5 or 6 times, even more, and I have to force shut down the PC each time. I did what I could with the ChatGPT advice—reinstall drivers and stuff.
But it goes in circles. I’m on Windows 11 and I don’t know what to do anymore
Please, thank you in advance

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. If the problem has reappeared gradually without any particular change on your part, I would first rule out a simple browser bug. Repeated freezes can come from a driver (often graphics), a SSD that is starting to show errors, or corrupted system files.
You could already check Reliability Monitor to see if it still reports the same error at the time of the freezes. I would also check the SSD health (SMART), as a failing drive can cause this type of symptom before it completely fails.
Is your Windows installed on a SSD? And do the freezes occur only in the browser or also in File Explorer and other applications?

Hello, @pc-frize StatusMember
wouldn’t it be because of the heat?
Run OCCT Personal for Windows in CPU Test mode
https://www.ocbase.com/download
Check the temperature of the majority of the hottest cores, and when it reaches 72°C and higher and starts to stagnate, that should reveal the issue, maybe.
Tell us more about the hardware, System Model in DxDiag.exe (Search for it in the Start menu).
The processor as well as the cooling installed.
