Hello everyone,

I’m seeking advice regarding the permanent suspension of my eBay France account with the code MC999.

I had only made a few sales, mainly of computer equipment and televisions. The completed transactions went smoothly, with no disputes, no complaints, and no negative feedback. One order for a graphics card was still in delivery when my account was suspended.

I contacted eBay several times via chat. They only told me that my account posed a risk to the community and that the decision was final, but they refuse to communicate the exact reason. I also called eBay UK, but they redirected me to the written chat (probably bots).

Has anyone ever managed to obtain a real human review or to have an MC999 suspension overturned? Is there a complaint procedure, a service, or a legitimate contact method that I haven’t tried yet?

    I found this on the Internet: The MC999 Code on eBay indicates a suspension of an account usually due to policy violations, suspicious activity, or links to another suspended account.

      Yes I saw it unfortunately I only sold 3 items.

      The first two sales went well: one was delivered and one was in person.

      The other one is in progress: it’s a delivery.

      I do not sell counterfeit or dangerous items, everything is verifiable.
