Hello,
I have just migrated from Windows 8.1 to 10. Since the update, every time I connect my laptop to the power outlet, my screen turns off. Therefore, I can only use it on battery but not on AC power. I never had this kind of problem on version 8.1. I tried to roll back by going to: Start -> Settings -> Go back to Windows 8.1 -> Get started. But I get a message indicating that I cannot go back using only the battery. I want to specify that all the drivers for my PC are up to date.
Do you have a solution to this problem? Thank you in advance for your help!
