Hello,
Here is my issue. My Samsung Galaxy A3 2016 detects my Beats Solo 3 headset via Bluetooth, but when I click on it, it says "unable to connect to Beats 3". There’s no problem with my partner's phone, which is a Samsung S8. My phone's updates are done. I’ve tried resetting the headset... nothing works. Given the price of the headset, this Christmas gift is turning into a bit of wasted money... Thank you for any responses you can provide. Happy holidays!

Hello, I have the same problem. My Samsung A3 does not want to connect to my Beats Solo 3 headphones, and when I go into the settings, I cannot clear the cache. Thank you for your responses.

Hello,

Has the headset already been put into pairing mode to perform an initial pairing connection, at least? ;o))

See here for pairing: https://support.apple.com/fr-fr/HT207108

Yes, but not on my Samsung A3. I can't do it. It stays in the column of detected devices but won't move to the pairing devices side.

You need to put the headset in pairing mode (as indicated in the manual), once it is in pairing mode, it will be visible and you will need to connect it.

In principle, the A3 is fully compatible, there’s no reason for it not to work.

If necessary, go to settings -> Apps -> Bluetooth -> clear the Bluetooth app cache, sometimes that fixes the issue.

Hello, I have the same issue with my A3 2016, and when I go to settings > applications, it doesn't offer me Bluetooth to clear the Bluetooth cache.

By pressing the menu button, check if you have the system applications and it should be there. :-)

No, I don't have it...
And when I go to settings > bluetooth, it only gives me the option to turn it on or off.

I did it, I went through the Bluetooth settings and cleared the other devices. It works. Thank you very much. Happy holidays!!!
