I can't connect my Beats Wireless to my PC Solved

Hello,

I have a Beats By Dre Wireless headset and an HP Envy laptop. My laptop has Bluetooth and so does my headset. However, when I try to connect them, it doesn't work. I'd like to know how to go about it.

I found the solution, I also had this problem.
Since I had initially connected it to my iPhone, my headset only recognized my phone and kept trying to connect to it. I then "forgot this device" from my phone’s settings. As a result, the connection to my computer was successful right away.

It doesn't work is quite a broad expression; we need details:
- an error message
- do you see it in the detected Bluetooth devices?
- does the problem occur on other PCs?
