No more USBs after Windows reinstall

Hello

Having blue screens on Windows 10 desktop PC, I reinstalled Windows while keeping my documents.

Unfortunately on my new session, the USB ports don’t work, so the keyboard and mouse don’t work.

I reset the BIOS, but that didn’t fix the problem.

For example, the keyboard LED goes out and does not come back on when Windows 10 loads.

Do you have any troubleshooting tips?

Good evening

Michel

    Hello,

Try downloading IOBit Driver Booster Free from the official site to scan for driver updates.

/!\ Be careful not to install third-party programs (uncheck) during installation and only click Install once, otherwise it will install something else /!\

    The setup:

PS: The free version does not update more than 15 drivers,

It is better with a Pro license key found on Giveaway sites by searching for a functional key for the Pro version.

As here, with no guarantee that one of the keys still works.
