Hello and thank you to those who will help me.
Let me explain the situation:
I created my Amazon account and when it came to entering my email address, I put gmail.com instead of hotmail.com, so my account was linked to an email address that wasn't mine. Without realizing it, I entered my €100 gift card on Amazon. Then I bought what I had to buy. After that, I wanted to check my orders to make sure everything was okay, and there I saw nothing. Then I noticed that I didn't have the right email address, and when I went to the "security" section of my account, they asked me for account verification (email and password). Once I entered them, Amazon told me "Account locked
Your account has been locked for security reasons. Please check your email for instructions on unlocking your account."
I would like to know now, what should I do please :'(( Have I lost my €100?

Unless I’m mistaken, I think it’s the €100 gift card that’s causing them trouble (???) >> Maybe a misleading ad?? >> Personally, I’ve been an Amazon customer for years but have never received a gift card??
If I understood correctly, your order isn’t being processed??? (to be confirmed) and if that’s the case, in your shoes I would "let it go" and look elsewhere because that’s not very normal, but Amazon is known for being reliable?
