Hello,
My computer has been stuck on "using features 100% completed, do not turn off the computer" for 45 minutes now.
I have tried several times to force shutdown my computer, but each time it restarts, it goes back to this message...
I don't know what to do

I tried, I inform you that it is a brand new Asus laptop..
I press all the keys but it stays on this page and nothing happens. -
