Hello. I would like to cancel my booking made yesterday on Booking. How should I proceed?

Log in to your account...
You should have received a confirmation email. Inside, you have a link to modify or cancel a reservation.

Of course, you must have made a reservation that offers this option..!

I would like to cancel my reservation... because the person in charge told me to arrive at 1:00 PM and no one was there, so I took another hotel room... because the person in charge wrote to me to say that she would not be there until 4:30 PM... You cancel through the booking site..
In the confirmation email you received, there is a link to log into your Booking account and you will be able to make changes or cancellations.

However, if you chose a reservation with no cancellation allowed.. it's doomed....
