How to cancel a reservation with ryanair

Hello,
I booked with Ryanair 15 days ago and would like to know how to cancel because I reserved with a Visa Blue card.
I did not purchase travel insurance, so I would also like to know if there will be a refund or, on the contrary, fees.

the answer is in the Terms and Conditions section
"In case of flight cancellation or schedule changes, before the travel date, of more than 3 hours before or after the initially scheduled departure time, you may be entitled to a travel credit or a full refund of the amounts paid if the other flight options offered to you are not suitable and if you do not travel."
"Under Article 7 of European Directive 261/2004, Ryanair does not provide any compensation in the event of flight delays or cancellations for reasons beyond Ryanair's control (extraordinary circumstances). Therefore, please ensure that you are covered by appropriate private insurance to address this type of inconvenience. This does not affect the rights granted to you by European Directive No. 261/2004. Thus, in the event of denied boarding, flight cancellation, or a delay of more than two hours, a note outlining the compensation and assistance rules provided by this directive will be given to affected passengers who request it at the Ryanair counter at the airport."
To make it shorter: in all cases, you can forget about your tickets.
