Hello,

I purchased two one-way flight tickets on Tuesday, July 6th at 9 PM. I received everything: debit card receipt, booking reference number, acknowledgment of receipt, and booking confirmation, and 5 days later still no electronic tickets... I don’t understand. I've never had a problem with them and now I'm stressed out because it's for my sister and her husband for whom I bought these two tickets. They gave me their credit card, and now they're worried. I feel guilty even though I followed the same process as before. I always praised govoyage to everyone. What will they do to help me? Please reassure me as soon as possible.

Good evening,

Here’s what you should do when you purchase a ticket on GoVoyage:
- Go to the website of the airline concerned
- Go to the "check-in" section
- Enter your reservation number provided by GoVoyage preceded by your name
- Provide all the requested information (passport number, etc.)

You will receive your boarding pass in your email inbox.

Hello, when Go Voyages does not send us the booking number to check in with the airline, what should we do knowing that they are unreachable? Thank you in advance.
