Bonjour, j'ai récemment eu un crash avec mon ordinateur portable Acer Swift 3. Il était verrouillé et j'allais rentrer mon mot de passe pour entrer dans ma session lorsque il m'affiche un écran bleu BSOD, code d'arrêt : System_Service_Exception. élément ayant échoué : Msfs.sys
Je vous poste ci-dessous le rapport WhoCrash. Merci beaucoup pour votre aide je ne sais vraiment pas comment résoudre le problème.

salut
redémarre ton pc et exécute l'invite de commande en tant qu'administrateur
dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre, tape SFC /SCANNOW et clique sur OK
ATTENTION: il y a 1 espace entre SFC et/
laisse bosser le pc et regarde à la fin du scan s'il a/n'a pas trouvé/réparé de fichiers système
quand c'est fait, redémarre le pc

Salut merci pour ta réponse, j'ai déjà effectué un Scannow, il n'a rien trouvé :/
Tu devrais le désinstaller et voir ce que cela donne sans.
