Change of direct debit date for the plan

Hello, I would like to change the date of my automatic payment for my plan with Free Mobile, I am a subscriber, how should I proceed?

Configuration: Windows / Internet Explorer 11.0

Free refuses to change the date of my direct debit and postpone it by 5 days: I am no longer employed and I now receive an allowance that is only paid to me on the 6th of the month. Free refuses to move my direct debit date... and I regularly find myself overdrafted and forced to pay bank fees. (I called customer service and sent a letter to the same department, but nothing works!!!)
