I am surprised to see the number of stupid, mean, and irrelevant responses. It is quite possible to call Free or any other operator to change the date of a monthly payment, as it indeed depends on the registration date and Free has no interest in putting its customers in a bind, to be polite.

Hello,
How do you want us to know? This is a matter to be settled with Free and your bank. -- People who fight can lose. People who don't fight have already lost. (Bertold BRECHT)
MrHello
Totally useless response, please refrain next time, thank you.
To answer your question: Yes, you have the right to ask. (You also have the right to ask a top model out...)
Now, as for whether they will agree, it's unlikely.
Direct debit orders are grouped debit orders for thousands of clients at once. In this context, it's unlikely they would make a specific transfer for someone who isn't capable of managing their money. In fact, you have a better chance of reaching an arrangement with your bank than with Free. -- Stop failing the Turing test!

Direct debit orders are grouped orders....!!!! but if you don't know, refrain from saying nonsense..... At Free, direct debits are taken on the day of your registration, so not everyone at Free is debited on the same day...
The SIM card associated with your subscription was activated on February 5th: billing for this subscription will occur on the 5th of each month approximately.
