Honestech VHS to DVD 3.0 Software

Hello,

I just acquired the VHS To DVD 3.0 software from HONESTECH and I'm having a big issue.
I connected a SCART plug to my old VCR connected to three plugs: red, yellow, white, and then connected it to a USB stick.
First of all, I tested my equipment on the television and everything worked perfectly.

On my PC:
I have sound but no image. The screen remains blue.
I went into the options and set:
device: USB Video Device
device: Microphone (2-USB Audio Device)
Format: it offers me: VCD, SVCD, DVD, Long DVD, and WMV - I chose DVD
Video type: it offers me NTSC or PAL - I chose PAL
Quality: Best
Partition size 4.38 G
I don't see what else I can do
Thank you in advance for your help.
I intend to make a small movie for my son's 25th birthday for June.
So please!!! Help me.

Hello,
Thank you for your response, but I have no choice; I only have NTSC or PAL.
SECAM does not appear.
