Hello,

I recently used safe mode because my PC kept shutting down a few minutes after starting up.
The problem is that when I first restarted my PC in safe mode, I am unable to access my account. I only see my lock screen with the three icons in the bottom right for network connection, accessibility options, and power/restart. Normally, in the center, I have my account with my name and the field to enter the password, but there's nothing at all, I'm stuck and can't do anything.

Could you help me?
Thank you.

    Hello

Your computer is a laptop, try this >> turn off the computer, unplug it, remove the battery and hold down the power button for 30 seconds, then reassemble everything and restart your computer.

    Best regards

Computing is just a tool, like a brush or a pencil.
Avoid those so-called free repair software, they’re of no major utility. The best companions are Dos and Powershell.

      Thank you for your help.
Indeed, my PC starts differently and offers me options for advanced recovery or to restart my computer. What should I choose if I simply want to start the PC normally or exit safe mode?
