Boot a Lenovo Windows 10 in safe mode

Hello,
my Lenovo desktop PC won't start after being turned off yesterday; it won't boot up this morning and I can't get it to start in safe mode.
please help me get it started

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 58.0.3029.96

If it's to start in safe mode, press the F9 key simultaneously during startup.
If that doesn't work, restore the system.
