Am I in restricted mode or another mode on a friend's list?

Hello, Why, when a friend reacts to a post or comments on a post, do I not see it in my news feed? I don't think I'm in restricted mode on their friends list because I can see all their posts on their wall. Meanwhile, a mutual friend can see when our friend reacts to certain posts? Hello If we're talking about posts on your wall posted by you? And if you don't see that person's comments on your posts, but others' comments you do see, I can only think of two solutions: 1) Facebook bug, uninstall and reinstall if it's on smartphone 2) the person has put you in an exclusion group, but indeed in that case you shouldn't see any posts from their wall EXCEPT if they have set posts to "public" best regards -- "We swallow in large gulps the lie that flatters us and we drink drop by drop a truth that is bitter to us."

1) Why, when a friend reacts to a post or comments on a post, do I not see it on my news feed? We are no longer talking about the same thing. What your 'friends' post, elsewhere than directly on your wall, does not necessarily appear in the news feed. This will depend 1) on the privacy settings your friends have chosen and whether they use groups 2) on where they are posting: wall, groups, pages, which can have their own restrictions. So no, you do not systematically see everything. And therefore, it has nothing to do with their wall which has the restrictions that your friend gives it, just as you can choose to show or not show posts to everyone or not; each person, group, page can limit the dissemination of posts. Test it out: every time you post something on your wall, in the top left, you have a small gear icon that allows you to manage the post's privacy at any time. This management principle applies across all of Facebook.  -- "We gulp down the flattering lie and drink slowly the bitter truth."
