Smartphone troubleshooting: UI system has stopped

I have a Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 smartphone and for a few days I have been getting "System UI has stopped," I don't know what to do can you help me please, thank you.

Hello,
It's the latest update of GOOGLE APP that crashes Android, so go to the application manager, select Google App, and then uninstall updates. Be careful not to update this app again, or the problem will return.
So:
To prevent the update of GOOGLE APP and the problem from returning, go to the Play Store settings, then go to App updates, and choose Don't automatically update apps. Anyway, Google will probably fix this bug very soon; in the meantime, caution is advised, and for now, update the apps manually.

Same problem but I no longer have access to my phone, black screen with only “installing applications” written
The only thing that works is Messenger; when I receive a message, the chat bubble appears and I can access messaging, otherwise I can't do anything. How can I resolve this issue, please?

Yes, but what to do if the phone crashes right at startup? Blue screen with "download impossible, please try again later"... and sometimes "system UI has stopped"...
