    Hello,

    It's always better with a little hello!

    "Please press and hold the power button for more than 12 seconds; the pad will be forced to restart."

    It's possible that the button in question is worn or damaged (this type of issue requires repair…)!

    By leaving it, the battery will discharge completely, otherwise I don't see much else.
