Hello,
I received an update to install on my Samsung Galaxy A7. I don't want to do it; in fact, two weeks ago, I received an update that I installed, and my phone glitched. I had to reset it. How can I delete this update?
Currently, my version is 5.0.2
Thanks to anyone who can give me advice.

I followed the solution from jmdeprise, I disabled software update by going to the application manager. Now I have "software update postponed". Well, I'll stay like this for now; I'll go to Bouygues when I have the chance.
Thanks for your help.
Thanks for your help.
Not finding anything, I went to Bouygues this morning, they did some troubleshooting but it was impossible to remove the notification. So I'm stuck with a notification. Bouygues told me there were issues with certain Android updates.
Thanks again
thanks for the feedback, it could help others who have the same issue
too bad the notification can't be deleted...
just be careful not to execute the update
