Remove Samsung Software Update Solved

Question

Hello,   I received an update to install on my Samsung Galaxy A7. I don't want to do it; in fact, two weeks ago, I received an update that I installed, and my phone glitched. I had to reset it. How can I delete this update?  Currently, my version is 5.0.2  Thanks to anyone who can give me advice.  Toufou87   Configuration: Windows / Chrome 51.0.2704.103

I followed the solution from jmdeprise, I disabled software update by going to the application manager. Now I have "software update postponed". Well, I'll stay like this for now; I'll go to Bouygues when I have the chance. Thanks for your help.

Hi Bilmaxine,  It's the update of a new Android version that's giving me trouble. It installed itself and now I'm being asked to click on install. I don't want to do that; two weeks ago I got the same message. I pressed install, and the result: the phone completely crashed! I don't want to make the same mistake again. I've disabled "auto-update" in the about device section, but I'm still getting the message. Thanks for your reply.

Yes, I saw this message, I disabled it as I hate to say it, but I still have a notification in the top left, when I press it, it tells me update postponed. It doesn't bother me. I don't want to block my phone like the first update request. I couldn't access anything. It was a friend who unlocked it for me. You are really nice. Thanks again.

Hello again, I hadn't thought to check phonandroid, I saw that many people are having the same problem following the Android update. These issues are found in the Samsung S series; mine is an A, but the result is the same. For now, I'll leave it as it is; I don't have time this weekend. Some people have had their SIM card blocked.
