Google Play services keeps stopping

Hello,

Since the last update of my Samsung J5, the following pop-up keeps appearing continuously and I can't get rid of it.

“Google Play services keeps stopping
(I) App info
X close app”

When I click on: app info, it opens but the terms: installed - Disable - Force stop are grayed out and inaccessible; clicking on close app closes it, but within a minute the pop-up inevitably reappears in the foreground, making it very complicated to use the phone.
How can I solve this problem and regain normal use of the J5 (SM J530F)?

    Good evening, I have tried many recommended methods without success. I was saved by this, which is worth trying.
    1. Go to Settings -> Lock screen and security -> Other security settings -> Device administrators
    2. Uncheck "Find my device"
    3. Go to Settings -> Apps -> Google Play Services
    4. Tap the vertical ellipsis (3 vertical dots) in the top right -> Uninstall updates
    5. Go to Settings -> Apps -> Google Play
    6. Tap the vertical ellipsis (3 vertical dots) in the top right -> Uninstall updates
    7. Restart the phone

      Hello, I’ve been having the same problem since this morning. I tried your method but it gets stuck as soon as I try to uninstall the updates in the Google Play services because I get the message "Failed to uninstall the Google Play Services app." I’m at my wit's end.
