Disappeared camera from my iPhone

Hello,
I just discovered that the "camera" app has disappeared from my iPhone 3GS.
How can I find it again?

    Before receiving your response, I followed a piece of advice from the forum list:
    Settings / General / Restrictions / enable "Camera" / disable
    and the "camera" is back in its place.
    So I didn't attempt a reset.

      The Photos app has disappeared from my iPhone 5c and I can't find a solution to reinstall the Photos app.
